Sharon Eilon captures the everyday rhythms of Myanmar’s Buddhist monastic community, in robes, ritual, and quiet devotion.
Sharon Eilon is an Israeli street and documentary photographer focused on exploring the human experience, with a particular interest in identity, gender, culture, and social constructs. Her work has been exhibited internationally in galleries across New York, Paris, Tokyo, Barcelona, and beyond, and has been featured in renowned publications including L’Oeil de la Photographie and FonoNostrum Magazine.
She is a recipient of multiple awards and recognitions from Women Street Photographers, Exibart Street, International Photography Awards, Prix de la Photographie Paris, and the Julia Margaret Cameron Awards. Sharon is a member of Women Street Photographers and a PRO member of The RAW Society.
